For the symptomatic relief of colds flu, take Lemsip Max Cold & Flu 8 Caps. Paracetamol 500mg Analgesic & antipyretic: Headache sore throat fever, body aches pains. Phenylphrine HCL 6.1mg, Caffeine Ph. Eur 25mg. Decongestant Stimulant: Blocked or runny nose, Lethagy and sluggishness.
INGREDIENTS
Also includes starch, croscarmellose sodium, sodium lauryl sulphate, magnesium, stearate talc, gelatin, titanium dioxide, (E171), quinoline yellow (E104), patent blue V (E131), erythrosin (E127), shellac, tartrazin, (E102), and aluminium hydroxide.

Paracetamol 500mg, Phenylphrine HCL 6.1mg, Caffeine Ph. Eur 25mg.
WARNINGS
Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products. Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well, because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage, Keep out of the reach and sight of children. If symptoms persist consult your doctor, Do not take if: allergic to any of the ingredients, if you have heart disease or high blood pressure. Warnings and Interactions: Consult your doctor before taking if you have Raynaud's Syndrome, diabities or sugar intolerance (each dose contains 2g of suger), liver or kidney problems, Phenylketonuria, you are pregnant or being precribed medicine, or you taking MAOI's (anti depressants) or have taken them within the last 2 weeks, you are taking sympathomimetic drugs, such as decongestants or some drugs used to treat asthma or high blood pressure, metoclopramide, domperidone and cholestyramine may affect the absorption of paracetamol and the effect of blood thinning may effect the way of this medicines work, Side-effect: are rare Allergic reactions (such as skin rashes) or blood reaction may be occasionally occur, Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any side effect taking the product.
