Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream 30g

What is Arnica- arnica montana the active ingredient in the arnicare products is proven to be an effective bruise treatment with natural anti inflammatory properties. Used by millions worldwide, it has been recognised for its invaluable natural healing properties since the 16th century. Traditionally, it has been used to help with bruising, swelling and muscular aches. A bruise is essentially a clot. Arnica stimulates blood flow, which in turn helps to disperse the clot and move it on, hence reducing the bruise, stiffness of soreness. Arnicare cream is the ideal first aid application, effective for all types of bruising resulting from injections, knocks and falls. This traditional format is unscented with a salve like texture, making it especially gentle on delicate skin.
